Upper and lower terminal dentition. Patient with transitional upper wax denture (try-in) to study the ideal teeth position. Treatment goal: Replace natural dentition with full mouth implant prosthesis.

Replaced original periodontal lost dentition with upper and lower all on six implant fixed prosthesis. Restored esthetics and chewing function. The final result was amazing, and patient loved his new smile.
